The apartments are idealy suited for foreign workers at the various Airbus locations in the region (Finkenwerder, Stade, Buxtehude) or at Dow Chemical in Stade, who are looking for a comfortable, clean and cheap apartment for their stay.

Both Finkenwerder (by car or by the Airbus bus, stopping nearby) and Stade (by car or by local train from Horneburg) are easily reachable.

The city Horneburg is nearby (about 2 km), there are various shops ranging from bakerys, supermarkets to bookstores. There are also several restaurants, a gym and a railway station with good connections to Stade and Hamburg by train.

If one of the apartments is not let long term, it can also be rented short term as a holiday apartment. The region is ideal for a break - small towns with beautiful old farmhouses, green dikes and orchards that appear endless.
